How do I get started?
Create an account, open the workspace guide and choose Connect Buffer. Approve access in Buffer and your channels and posts will sync.
What do I see before I connect Buffer?
The workspace starts empty. The overview explains how to connect your account, create your first post and refresh your data.
Do I need a personal Buffer API key?
You can authorize access directly when the app's Buffer client is configured. A personal API key is also available for connecting your own Buffer account.
Where does my queue come from?
Buffer is the source for your queue and sent history. Use Sync from Buffer to see updates made in Buffer or by the social network.
How do I edit a scheduled post?
Open the post in Buffer to change the text, time or approval, then sync the workspace.
Is there a sandbox?
Yes. Test API keys act on a separate empty workspace. Create a test channel there to exercise simulated publishing.
